3.2 Full payment must be received before dispatching any order.
3.3 Payment methods accepted include Swift Transfer (TT), PayPal, and Payoneer. Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of transaction.
4. No Refund/Return Policy
4.1 All sales are final; refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted.
4.2 Customers should inspect products thoroughly prior to purchase confirmation.
5. Warranty
5.1 Reef Exim offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, detailed explicitly in warranty documentation.

6.1 Reef Exim bears no liability for delays caused by third-party carriers, political instability, natural or man-made disasters, or force majeure events.
6.2 Any transit damage will be addressed according to Incoterms agreed upon at the time of sale.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Reef Exim is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
7.2 Liability, under any circumstances, is strictly limited to the cost of the purchased product.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Reef Exim website, including text, graphics, and trademarks, is protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced or utilized without express written consent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of India.
9.2 Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
